• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable Requirements for Loader SI

• Previous warehouse or loading experience


• Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)


• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures

Role for Loader SI

• Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers safely and efficiently


• Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets and manifests


• Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent transit damage


• Maintain a clean and organized loading area to ensure a safe work environment


• Assist with staging, sorting, and scanning of products prior to loading


• Coordinate workflow with supervisors, shipping clerks, and team members


• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines


• Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the operation
