Manufacturing Technician - Greenwood

Shift Patterns

• 6:00am - 6:45pm or 6:45pm - 6:00am


• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation

Pay Rates

• 18.00 - 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Manufacturing Technician

• Ability to operate and maintain automated equipment and computer systems.


• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with peers and management.


• Self-motivated with the ability to drive personal and team success.


• Analytical mindset to identify safety hazards and follow training protocols.


• Proficiency in comprehending and documenting production data.

Desirable Requirements for Manufacturing Technician

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.


• Ability to work on a computer or similar digital device.


• Physical capability to stand and walk for up to 90% of the shift.


• Ability to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs.


• Strict adherence to all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.


• Must not have previously worked at ES Foundry.

Role for Manufacturing Technician

• Operate equipment in accordance with technical specifications and operating instructions.


• Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for optimal performance.


• Adjust machinery to ensure the highest quality standards are met.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while wearing required personal protective equipment.
