Steps

  • 1

    Join as a grad

    Months 1 to 6: Learn the business fundamentals in two 3-month projects in 2 different teams.

  • 2

    Become an analyst

    Months 6 to 12: Selected trainees will transition to an analyst role and be assigned to a 6-month project, being involved in the day-to-day operations.

  • 3

    Find your J&T role

    12 months and beyond: Now proven as an outstanding analyst, you'll move into a role that best suits your interests and business needs.

The ideal candidates

Join

You should have

  • Engineering, Mathematics or similar university degree

  • High level data analysis skills

  • Very strong communication skills

  • Full professional English competency (C1)

Nice if you also have

  • MA/MS/MBA

  • Excel/G-Sheets/SQL/Database knowledge

  • Experience in fast-paced environments

  • International experience

Get started

We’ll invite qualified candidates to an interview, followed by an analytical test. If you've done well in these first two rounds, you'll be invited to participate in two further interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
