At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Fitting Room & Retail Floor Attendant to work with a leading company in the fashion and lifestyle retail sector in Miami. You will be working for the client in Miami.
Shift Patterns
- Shifts are 8-9 hours long and 5-6 days a week. They can start between 10 am and 11 am. The final schedule will be set after interviews.
Availability to work at least one weekend day per week is required.
Occasional early starts (from 9:00 AM) may be scheduled for stock or store setup
Pay Rates
- 25.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Main requirements for Fitting Room & Retail Floor Attendant:
- Customer service experience within a high-end retail environment
- Ability to read customer needs and tailor interactions
- Outgoing, bubbly, and energetic personality and situational awareness across the store environment
- Flexibility to support multiple functions including floor, stock, and fitting rooms
- Ownership of store presentation standards and ability to commute to the Miami Design District
Other requirements for Fitting Room & Retail Floor Attendant:
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Passion for athletic leisure wear, pilates, yoga, and fashion brands
- Experience with brands similar to Lululemon, Alo Yoga, or Athleta
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication skills
- High level of fashion awareness
Your role for Fitting Room & Retail Floor Attendant
- Manage fitting room flow and provide personalized styling advice to customers
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising across the floor
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Engage with customers proactively to identify needs and enhance their shopping experience
