Onsite Warehouse Coordinator - Kenosha

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Onsite Warehouse Coordinator to work with a leading logistics company in Kenosha. You will be the primary point of contact during the night shift, managing the pulse of our operations through data and real-time coordination in a fast-paced environment.


Shift patterns

• 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday


• Hours are subject to slight changes based on operational needs

Pay rates

• 26.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Onsite Warehouse Coordinator

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehousing or logistics coordinator role


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables


• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory)


• High school diploma or equivalent

Desirable requirements for Onsite Warehouse Coordinator

• Prior experience with Workforce Management Systems (WMS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Role for Onsite Warehouse Coordinator

• Oversee the daily workflow of the flexible workforce to ensure all 2nd-shift positions are filled and performing at peak efficiency


• Maintain and update complex spreadsheets to track attendance, productivity, and key performance indicators


• Utilize proprietary platforms to manage check-ins, workforce scheduling, and digital documentation


• Act as the first point of contact for workers’ inquiries, providing onsite support and resolving issues as they arise


• Work closely with the client’s warehouse management team to align staffing levels with production goals
