Forklift Operator - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role is vital to our warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are moved safely and efficiently to support accurate and timely deliveries.


Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday, 5:30 pm to 4:00 am.


• Candidates must be proficient in operating a Raymond Reach Truck and Cherry Picker.


• A practical road test will be conducted prior to hiring. Previous experience is required.

Pay Rates

• 19.75 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Proven experience in forklift operation and inventory control.


• Proficiency with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment.


• Ability to read and understand orders and count products across different storage areas.


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift.


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.


• Availability for a full-time, flexible schedule.

Role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery within the facility.


• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely movement through the warehouse.


• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes.


• Control levers and operating devices to transport and stack materials securely.


• Complete all requisitions with a focus on prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes.
