Warehouse Associate - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.


Shift patterns

• Saturday to Tuesday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (4 days, 10 hours).


• Main function is picking, with additional warehouse tasks as required.


• Incentives available for perfect attendance.

Pay rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.


• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.


• Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.


• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule.


• Dependable transportation to and from the job site.


• Ability to work well with others and follow directions.


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and sturdy closed-toed shoes.

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers.


• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution specifications.


• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns.


• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
