At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for SBL - Load and Unload to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role is essential for supporting daily warehouse and dock operations by loading and unloading freight, assisting drivers, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Shift patterns
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am.
Pay rates
- 17.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for SBL - Load and Unload
- Proficiency in English (speaking, understanding, and communicating).
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable requirements for SBL - Load and Unload
- Previous warehouse or dock experience.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience.
- Shipping and receiving knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a team-oriented attitude.
Role for SBL - Load and Unload
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Communicate directly with drivers regarding dock doors, paperwork, and shipment instructions.
- Move product throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dock and work areas.
