At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a SBL - Load and Unload position to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role is essential for supporting daily warehouse and dock operations by loading and unloading freight, assisting drivers, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for SBL - Load and Unload

• Must speak, understand, and communicate in English


• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions


• Previous warehouse or dock experience


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods


• Strong attendance and punctuality


• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Desirable requirements for SBL - Load and Unload

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems


• Forklift or pallet jack experience


• Shipping and receiving knowledge


• Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency


• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Role for SBL - Load and Unload

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently


• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy


• Communicate directly with drivers regarding dock doors and paperwork


• Move product throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks


• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dock and work areas
