General Labor - Newville



At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading distribution company in Newville, PA. We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Processors to join our warehouse team. Associates will support daily warehouse and distribution operations by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.


Shift Patterns


  • 1st Shift: Friday to Monday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM



Pay Rates


  • 22.00 USD hourly



Must-have requirements for General Laborer


  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift

  • Must be able to lift up to 35–50 lbs depending on department needs

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required



Desirable requirements for General Laborer


  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience is preferred

  • Experience using radio frequency scanners or warehouse equipment is a plus

  • Basic math and reading skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn



Role for General Laborer


  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick tickets or scanners

  • Label boxes and pallets correctly for shipment

  • Inspect products for damage, defects, or quantity discrepancies

  • Prepare merchandise according to company shipping standards

  • Assist with sorting, staging, organizing, and moving inventory
