• 22.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Account Specialist

Role Responsibilities for Account Specialist

• Oversee client accounts by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions to business challenges.


• Assist in order processing by leveraging various software platforms and internal methods.


• Act as a primary liaison between clients, warehouse teams, and administrative departments to ensure effective communication.


• Ensure compliance with client contracts and perform basic billing and auditing tasks.


• Assist in maintaining and updating documented standard operating procedures specific to your assigned accounts.
