Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This position focuses on the accurate preparation and packaging of products to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Shift:

• 2nd shift, Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rates:

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick/Pack:

• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs periodically during the shift


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and sturdy closed-toed shoes

Role for Pick/Pack:

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes


• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers


• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage


• Maintain high standards of safety, punctuality, and deadline management


• Collaborate with team members to complete daily work objectives
