Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack specialist to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in North Aurora. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet delivery expectations.


Shift patterns

• 2nd shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift when necessary


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers


• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers


• Maintain a consistent packing pace while remaining on your feet throughout the shift


• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage


• Collaborate with team members to complete daily work while prioritizing safety, punctuality, and deadlines
