At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the fulfillment center.
Shift Patterns
- 1st shift: Friday to Monday, 6:30 am to 3 pm
Pay Rates
- 17.00 USD hourly
Requirements
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift when necessary
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
Role
- Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
- Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the entire work period while remaining on your feet
- Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product
- Collaborate with team members to accurately complete daily work while prioritizing safety and punctuality
