Forklift Operator - Blue Springs

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics provider in Blue Springs. This role is based in a climate-controlled candy manufacturing facility, focusing on supporting production lines and efficient material movement in a fast-paced environment.


Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Pay rates

• 21.50 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Forklift Operator

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required


• Ability to pass an on-site internal forklift certification assessment (no training provided)


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active manufacturing environment


• Commute must be 40 minutes or less


• Ability to work on the production line when needed

Desirable requirements for Forklift Operator

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or candy production environment


• Familiarity with line-based warehouse operations and Good Manufacturing Practices


• Experience with reach trucks or Raymond equipment is a plus


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus


• Strong attendance and reliability in high-demand environments

Role for Forklift Operator

• Operate stand-up forklifts to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production lines


• Support line operations by ensuring timely delivery and removal of materials to prevent downtime


• Load, unload, stage, and store products in designated areas


• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and food handling standards


• Perform equipment checks and follow proper operating procedures
