At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cherry Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Ocala. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, responsible for efficiently operating equipment to retrieve and transport materials while ensuring product accuracy.

Shift Patterns

• Day Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am-5:30pm

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Cherry Picker

• Proven experience operating cherry pickers


• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary


• Re-hires are welcome if you have previously worked for this company through Job&Talent, Freight Breakers, or Balance Staffing

Desirable Requirements for Cherry Picker

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated


• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment


• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations and equipment functionality


• Familiarity with order picking processes and materials handling best practices


• Understanding of safety regulations pertaining to warehouse operations

Role for Cherry Picker

• Operate cherry picker equipment safely and efficiently to pick orders from high shelving units


• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and pallet jacks


• Perform order picking tasks accurately, ensuring that items are selected according to specifications


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards


• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks


• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns


• Engage in materials handling activities, ensuring proper storage and organization of products
