At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Technician 1 to work with a leading company in the medical device manufacturing sector in Reno. This role is essential for the final assembly, inspection, and re-work of high-quality products, ensuring all items meet strict safety and quality standards.


Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM PST

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Technician 1

• High school diploma or above; vocational training or associate degree preferred


• Previous work experience in manufacturing


• Ability to read and follow safety protocols and quality standards


• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)


• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

Desirable requirements for Technician 1

• Microscope skills


• Cleanroom experience


• Production line experience


• Experience in medical device manufacturing or precision assembly

Role for Technician 1

• Perform final assembly of products according to specifications


• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure quality standards are met


• Execute re-work tasks as required to maintain production flow


• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure operational efficiency


• Adhere to all company policies and assist other personnel as needed
