At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Associates to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Franklin. This role is essential for maintaining production efficiency and ensuring that high-quality food products are prepared for shipment.

Shift patterns:

• Monday to Friday 6:00pm to 6:00am

Pay rates:

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Associates:

• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 30-50 pounds.


• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to a 10 or 12-hour shift).

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associates:

• Comfortable working in various temperature and noise conditions typical of a food manufacturing environment.


• Manual dexterity for repetitive motions involved in sorting and packaging.

Role responsibilities for Warehouse Associates:

• Manually pack food products into containers, boxes, or displays.


• Operate packaging equipment according to production quotas.


• Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure production line efficiency.


• Inspect products for quality standards before final shipment.
