Pick/Pack - Bethlehem
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. You will begin by learning the picking process using warehouse technology to retrieve orders, then advance to packing and cross-training, building a broad skill set for future growth.
Shift patterns
- 3DT - Pick | 05:30 pm - 04:00 am (10h 30m)
- Repeats weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Pay rates
- 17.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job
- Must be willing to come in for an onsite interview
- Must not be currently employed by Job&Talent at any other locations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn multiple processes

- Locate and retrieve customer orders accurately using warehouse technology
- Verify, package, and prepare orders for shipment
- Participate in cross-training to master multiple warehouse processes
