Inventory Control Specialist - Rialto

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Control Specialist to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in Rialto. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations.


Shift Patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 am to 2:30 pm


• Ability to work 10-12 hours per day

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Inventory Control Specialist

• 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience


• Experience with RF Scanners, PDA or hand held devices


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Basic math and data analysis skills


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, non-climate controlled warehouse environment


• Able to be on feet and walk continuously throughout the shift

Desirable requirements for Inventory Control Specialist

• Experience maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels


• Proven ability to identify discrepancies and conduct thorough audits


• Experience collaborating with shipping, receiving, and operations teams

Role for Inventory Control Specialist

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits


• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies such as overages, shortages, and damages


• Process inventory adjustments in warehouse management systems (WMS)


• Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances to prevent future issues


• Ensure proper product storage, labeling, and organization while maintaining safety standards
