Pay Rates

• 19.63 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Inspect incoming pallets for quality, damage, and usability
• Sort pallets based on size, condition, and customer requirements
• Repair damaged pallets using tools and equipment when needed
• Operate RF scanners to track pallet movement and inventory accurately
• Enter and update data in warehouse management systems
• Maintain organized work areas and follow warehouse layout procedures
• Load and unload pallets manually or with equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish

Skills Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, particularly in pallet handling
• Basic experience with RF scanners and computer systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Role Tasks

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Inspect products for accuracy and damages
• Verify quantities against packing slips or purchase orders
• Enter or scan shipment information into the warehouse system
• Label, sort, and stage products for storage or distribution
