Pay Rates
- 19.63 USD hourly
- Inspect incoming pallets for quality, damage, and usability
- Sort pallets based on size, condition, and customer requirements
- Repair damaged pallets using tools and equipment when needed
- Operate RF scanners to track pallet movement and inventory accurately
- Enter and update data in warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized work areas and follow warehouse layout procedures
- Load and unload pallets manually or with equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, particularly in pallet handling
- Basic experience with RF scanners and computer systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Inspect products for accuracy and damages
- Verify quantities against packing slips or purchase orders
- Enter or scan shipment information into the warehouse system
- Label, sort, and stage products for storage or distribution
