Pay Rates

• 21.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pour End Line Lead

• Proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to provide examples of meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and reducing downtime.
• Experience in training new employees and resolving production issues on the line.
• Strong attendance record over the past year.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
