At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pour End Line Lead to work with Alene Skilled in New Albany.
Shift Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 22.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to provide examples of meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and reducing downtime.
• Experience training new employees and troubleshooting production issues on the line.
• Strong attendance record over the past year.
• Physical ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

• Proven strategies for keeping a team motivated and productive.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the pour end line.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
• Address and resolve production bottlenecks or equipment issues.
