At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Franklin. This role is vital to the supply chain, ensuring that raw ingredients and finished food products are safely handled, stored, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced environment.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 16.00 USD hourly
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 30-50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to a 10 or 12-hour shift).
- Reliable transportation to the Franklin facility.
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings and wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in various temperature and noise conditions typical of a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished packaging products throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick food products according to order sheets using scanning technology.
- Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records for dry and temperature-controlled zones.
- Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
