At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Rialto. You will be working for the client in Rialto.

• Sunday - Thursday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Pay rates

• 19.80 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Picker:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically

Role responsibilities for Picker

• Efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanner technology to ensure accuracy.
• Navigate the warehouse floor to locate items and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.
• Meet daily production targets and quality standards within a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline order processing workflows.
