Forklift operator - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in North Aurora. You will be working for the client in North Aurora.

Shift patterns

• Shift:
  1st shift Sunday to Thursday
  6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay rates

• 19.25 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Forklift operator:

• Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods, inventory control with previous Forklift experience
• Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
• Valid Driver License
• Stand up forklift experience
• More than 1 year of experience

Role responsibilities for Forklift operator

• Operate stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements and layers
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety standards
