At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pick/Pack to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in North Aurora. You will be working for the client in North Aurora.

Shift patterns

• Shift:
  2nd shift Tuesday to Saturday
  4 pm to 12:30 am

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Pick/Pack:

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Your role for Pick/Pack

• Efficiently pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications
• Pack products securely into shipping containers to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity
• Verify order accuracy and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
• Operate warehouse equipment safely while following all operational protocols
