• Do you have experience processing returns in a warehouse? (Yes/No)
• Have you used a heat gun in a work setting? (Yes/No)
• Are you available Sunday–Wednesday, 7am–5:30pm? (Yes/No)
• Are you comfortable with detail-oriented, repetitive tasks? (Yes/No)

Your role for Returns Associate

• Inspect and process incoming returned merchandise according to company standards.
• Use a heat gun and other tools to refurbish or repackage items for resale.
• Maintain accurate records of returned goods in the warehouse management system.
• Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
