At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Associate to work with a leading company in the window manufacturing sector in Swainsboro. You will be working for the client in Swainsboro.

Shift patterns

• Shift:
  1st Shift Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, Mandatory Weekend and OT when needed
  

Pay rates

• 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

• This role demands consistent attendance and reliability, which will be monitored.
• In a fast-paced production environment, your output will be monitored while maintaining quality and safety.
• Candidates must be able to stand for their entire shift.

• Reliable transportation to and from work is required daily, as attendance is a priority.
• Previous experience or interviews with the employer are not permitted for this application.

Skills and qualifications for Production Associate:

• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
• Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.
• Ability to learn and rotate to two (2) or more different responsibilities and/or positions on the assembly line.
• Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
