Shift patterns

• 5:30am to 2:30pm. Overtime available up to 10 hours per week, working some Sat mornings as needed.

Pay rates

• 29.00 - 33.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Mazak CNC Lathe Machinist:

• Experience using conversational or Mazatrol controls on Mazak lathes.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators and other precision measuring tools.
• Comfortable working with a wide variety of materials including carbon, alloy, tool steels and bronze.
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring gages accurately.

Desirable requirements for Mazak CNC Lathe Machinist:

• Mazatrol cnc controls experience

Your role for Mazak CNC Lathe Machinist

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls.
• Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Work with various materials including carbon, alloy, tool steels, and bronze.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure all parts meet quality standards.
