Requirements

Essential requirements for On-Site Supervisor:

  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years of management experience within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Maintain fluency in both English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication with a diverse workforce and client base.
  • Demonstrate the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to forecasting and addressing staffing requirements and client expectations.

Skills and soft skills for On-Site Supervisor:

  • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in using email clients for professional communication.
  • Operate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Tempworks, Avionte, or Bullhorn.
  • Utilize Workforce Planning applications to manage staffing and operational needs.
  • Analyze and interpret key operational metrics to ensure shift objectives are met.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with both on-site staff and client representatives.
  • Implement motivational strategies and team-building initiatives to enhance staff retention and performance.
  • Conduct employee relations activities including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of all employee terminations and interactions for due diligence purposes.
  • Prioritize operational tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet productivity and headcount goals.

Your role for On-Site Supervisor

  • Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure all shift objectives and productivity goals are met.
  • Manage and coordinate the workforce, including scheduling and real-time adjustments based on operational needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment by enforcing company policies and safety regulations.
  • Streamline administrative processes related to timekeeping and attendance tracking.
