Forklift Operator - Booneville

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and office products sector in Booneville. The role involves moving materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Shift Patterns

• 6am-2pm OR 2:30pm-10:30pm
• Up to 2 hours of overtime daily, if needed
• Monday - Friday, occasionally Saturday

Pay Rates

• 14.66 - 16.26 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Previous forklift experience
• Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Skills Requirements for Forklift Operator

• 3+ years of continuous experience operating material handling equipment in high-volume warehouse environments
• Experience working in high-bay or high-density storage facilities

Role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks or machinery in an industrial location
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and safely move products through the facility
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
• Control levers and other operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport, and stack materials
• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes
