At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Loader to work with a leading company in the footwear and apparel industry, Deckers Brands, in Mooresville. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of materials within the facility, ensuring that inventory is handled with precision and care.
Shift patterns

• Friday to Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay rates

• 18.75 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Loader

• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs consistently and up to 75 lbs when necessary
• Commitment to following all safety guidelines and maintaining high efficiency
• Availability to work a full-time, flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Requirement to wear steel toe shoes at all times

Role for Loader

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Accurately deliver items to the appropriate departments
• Maintain organized storage areas to ensure efficient operations
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks by scanning and labeling items
