Production Associate - Swainsboro
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with a leading manufacturer of window and door units in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package custom window and door products.Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
- Mandatory weekend work and overtime as needed
- 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours while performing repetitive tasks
- Commitment to a strict attendance policy with no issues regarding punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- Flexibility to rotate between different assembly stations on short notice
- Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks
- Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment
- Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line
- Experience operating equipment and tools that require close control and adjustment
- Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units
- Read and interpret schematics to understand production processes
- Operate and monitor machinery while using a variety of hand and power tools
- Measure workpieces and inspect products for quality and potential damage
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
