Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with a leading company in the window and door manufacturing sector in Parkersburg. This role involves performing assembly steps for window and door units, using hand tools, and packaging products.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rates

• 16.00 - 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.
• Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
• Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions.
• Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products.
• Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more assembly line positions.

Role Responsibilities

• Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units.
• Read and interpret production schematics.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery.
• Measure workpieces and inspect products for quality and damages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
