Forklift Operator - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring the timely delivery of products.
Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.25 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift
• Proficiency with reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet wrap machines
• Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs throughout the shift
• Valid Driver License and dependable transportation
• Ability to read orders and accurately count products
• Availability for a full-time, flexible schedule

Role Tasks

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery to move materials throughout the facility
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely delivery
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Secure materials for transport and control levers, forks, and hoists for stacking
• Complete all requisitions with prompt and efficient outcomes
