Forklift Operator - North Aurora

Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role involves safely and efficiently moving materials throughout the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.25 USD hourly

Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience as a Forklift Operator
• Experience with stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet wrap machines
• Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control
• Ability to read orders and accurately count products stored in various areas
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs throughout the shift
• Valid Driver License and dependable transportation
• Availability for a full-time, flexible schedule

Role

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery within the facility
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely delivery
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Secure materials for transport to designated warehouse areas
• Control levers, forks, and hoists to load, transport, and stack materials efficiently
