Forklift operator - Fort Worth

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in Fort Worth. You will be responsible for operating stand-up and reach forklifts to move materials efficiently within a fast-paced warehouse environment, playing a key role in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Shift patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay rates

• 18.75 USD hourly

Requirements for Forklift operator

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Raymond forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks.


• Proven experience in a warehouse setting with knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.


• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.


• Must provide valid certification during the walkthrough.

Skills for Forklift operator

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in material handling.


• Familiarity with order picking procedures and inventory management systems.


• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.

Role for Forklift operator

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility.


• Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of products safely.


• Assist with order picking and preparing shipments for delivery.


• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.


• Participate in loading and unloading trucks during shipping and receiving processes.
