At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Line Lead to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This role supports the Production Supervisor in coordinating daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met through effective team guidance, workflow maintenance, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Shift patterns
- Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Pay rates
- 22.50 USD hourly
Essential requirements for Line Lead
- Tell me about your experience in a production or manufacturing environment where you supported or led a team. What were your responsibilities?
- Describe a time you had to interpret production schedules, job instructions, or specifications and ensure your team met production goals. How did you manage it?
- Have you ever trained, coached, or rotated employees on a production line to maintain efficiency, safety, and quality? How did you approach that?
- Tell me about a time you had to identify or solve a production issue (quality, downtime, or materials shortage). How did you take to resolve it?
Role for Line Lead
- Coordinate daily production schedules and manage staffing needs on the line.
- Instruct and rotate team members to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor production quality and safety standards while providing hands-on support.
- Train new employees and facilitate cross-training to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
