Requirements

Essential requirements for Loader SIV:

• Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures
• Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Other requirements for Loader SIV:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures (may be hot or cold depending on season)
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• May require overtime, weekends, or peak-season availability

Your role for Loader SIV

• Efficiently load and unload merchandise from trailers and containers
• Organize and secure shipments to prevent damage during transit
• Verify inventory counts against shipping documentation for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace according to safety protocols
