• Demonstrate proven experience in managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information with the utmost discretion.

Skills and qualifications for On-Site Coordinator:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Tempworks, for candidate tracking and workflow management.
• Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.

• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to professionally engage with employees and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Apply strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple recruitment pipelines and competing priorities.

Role responsibilities for On-Site Coordinator

• Coordinate daily on-site operations and act as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Manage employee attendance, performance, and general inquiries at the client location.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with site-specific protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce management.
• Prepare regular reports on staffing metrics and operational performance.
