At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading company in the consumer goods sector in Wichita. You will be working for the client in Wichita.

Shift patterns

• Shift 1:
  2nd shift Monday to Friday
  3 pm to 11:30 pm
  
  Shift 2:
  3rd shift Sunday to Thursday
  11 pm to 7:30 am

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Assembler:

• May be required to lift small loads ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.

Skills and experience for Assembler:

• Must be flexible and available to work overtime as required by production needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to reach with arms
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, or sit

Your role for Assembler

• Perform manual assembly of components according to technical specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to identify any defects.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures on the production floor.
