Requirements
Essential requirements for Kitting:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina (standing, walking, lifting 30–50 lbs)
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer or barcode scanner skills

Desirable requirements for Kitting:
- Previous warehouse or kitting experience
- Familiarity with WMS (warehouse management systems)
- Experience using RF scanners or similar devices
- Basic inventory or stock control knowledge
- Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience

Your role for Kitting
- Assemble individual items into ready-to-ship kits according to specific instructions.
- Verify product counts and ensure all components are included in every package.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production flow.
- Support general warehouse operations including receiving, picking, and packing tasks.
- Perform quality control checks to identify and report any damaged or missing items.
