- 1st shift - 6:30 to 3pm, overtime as needed

- 25.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Die Setter:
- Minimum of 3 years of die setting experience in metal stamping
- Experience setting small progressive stamping dies
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing production facility
- High School Diploma or GED
Desirable requirements for Die Setter:
- Experience in automotive industry and strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of progressive die stamping and coil feeding systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection tools
- Attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train others and support team development
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability
Role responsibilities for Die Setter
- Set and adjust small progressive stamping dies and production equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
