Pick/Pack - Brownsburg

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Brownsburg. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday 06:00 AM to 04:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.75 USD hourly

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods (10+ hours per day)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to count accurately
• Experience using hand scanners, dual screens, or warehouse management systems
• Ability to locate and identify specific items within a fast-paced environment

Role Tasks

• Scan, receive, sort, and store merchandise efficiently
• Pick merchandise from stock to fulfill customer orders accurately
• Utilize warehouse management systems to update inventory records
• Assist with packing material distribution and disposal of empty boxes
• Operate OPEX machinery to support order replenishment
