At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution sector in New Albany. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Pay Rates
- 17.75 USD hourly
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
- Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
- Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies effectively
- Load and unload containers while maintaining safety standards
