Essential Requirements for Bilingual On-Site Manager

• Possess a minimum of three years of experience specifically as a Staffing Agency Onsite Manager.
• Demonstrate proven management experience within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Maintain legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Desirable Requirements for Bilingual On-Site Manager

• Utilize intermediate computer skills for daily operational management, productivity tracking, and report generation.
• Implement and monitor staffing levels to consistently meet client-specific productivity expectations and operational demands.
• Manage operational metrics and key performance indicators to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
• Demonstrate proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar operational software.
