At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in Fort Worth. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently for timely delivery.
Shift patterns
- Sunday to Wednesday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Pay rates
- 17.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Picker/Packer
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during the shift when necessary
Desirable requirements for Picker/Packer
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
Role tasks for Picker/Packer
- Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
- Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product
- Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day
- Consistently perform job functions while taking into consideration safety, punctuality, and deadlines
