At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Weekend Picker/Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Fort Worth. This role is essential to our operations, focusing on the accurate picking and packing of products to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

Shift Patterns

Thursday to Tuesday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

17.50 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Weekend Picker/Packer

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during the shift.

Must have full weekend availability.

Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.

Desirable requirements for Weekend Picker/Packer

Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.

Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Strong communication skills.

Flexible to change departments per business needs.

Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery.

Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.

Maintain consistent packing speed while remaining on your feet throughout the shift.
