At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. You will begin by learning the picking process using warehouse technology to retrieve orders, then advance to packing and cross-training to build a versatile skill set.


Shift patterns

• 1DT-Pick | 0600 - 1630 (10h 30m)


• Repeats weekly Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

Pay rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Do you have warehouse experience?


• When and where was your warehouse experience?


• Do you have your own reliable transportation to and from the job?


• Are you currently employed by Job and Talent at any of other locations?

Role for Pick/Pack

• Locate and retrieve customer orders accurately using warehouse technology.


• Verify, package, and prepare orders for shipment.


• Participate in cross-training across different warehouse roles.


• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.


• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
